Every one of these started with no audience and no budget for ads. Some are about building the product, some about getting it found, most are about both. Here is the work, and the numbers it produced.
A 3D product configurator for e-commerce, built solo from customer calls
I wrote the whole configurator system myself: the first PlayCanvas engine in 2 months, Shopify and WooCommerce integrations, a modular core that brought client builds down to 4 to 6 weeks, and a rebuild on Three.js in 2026.
€13,200 closed in the 2 months after launch, on search, video and AI answers
No list, no brand, no ads. YouTube tutorials started bringing in about 3 high-ticket leads a month from autumn 2024, LLMs started citing the same pages, and when ConfiguraThor launched the demand was already there. I also built the outbound side myself: scraping, enrichment, cold email and an intent radar.
The platform and the launches that took an AI academy to €500K+ a year
I joined when it was the founder and me. I set up the learning platform and its integrations for 4,000+ students, and I ran the launches on the other side of it. One of the first campaigns did €85K in seven days.
Stuck at 500 readers for 2 years, then 15,000 a month in 4 months
My first project, and the one where the system came from. Publishing more changed nothing. Positioning, search intent and an editorial team of seven changed everything, and that is still the sequence I run for clients today.
I install it over three months with the OCAVI framework: analyze where you stand, study who is winning, map what your buyers ask Google and ChatGPT, build the pages that answer it, then measure and iterate. Start by seeing where you show up today.
